Han Ho, BSW, Care Coordinator & Social Worker
Han Ho is a bilingual social work professional with extensive experience in mental health care, case management, and clinic operations. As Care Coordinator and Social Worker at YOU Psychiatry Clinic, she is dedicated to guiding patients through their wellness journeys with compassionate, personalized support rooted in empathy, cultural awareness, mindfulness, and equitable care access.
Han has held key roles in community mental health, including facilitating timely care, advocating for patients, and connecting them with essential resources to promote independence and recovery. As a Lead Case Manager, she provided trauma informed, person centered support to individuals facing homelessness, domestic violence, and financial instability, helping them access housing, mental health services, and workforce training.
Originally an international student, Han earned a full ride scholarship to Prairie View A&M University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors in Social Work, reflecting her strong commitment to the profession and community. Since 2015, she has volunteered at her local temple, leading youth programs, supporting mental health initiatives, teaching Vietnamese, and coordinating community health projects with her husband.
A longtime practitioner of Buddhism and mindfulness, Han visited Plum Village in France, founded by the late Thich Nhat Hanh, an experience that shapes her personal and professional approach. She integrates mindfulness principles of presence, peace, and compassion into her work with patients and colleagues.
We are proud to have Han on our team. Her international perspective, clinical expertise, and dedication to healing and dignity make her a compassionate and invaluable member of our clinic community.
