Finding a Therapist
To find a therapist that fits your needs, you can check your insurance provider directory or search on Psychology Today. Building trust and rapport is key, so take your time. If it doesn’t feel right, learn from the experience and be clear about your therapy goals. Therapy takes time, but with consistency, it works.

Growing Solutions
Farm
A 1.2-acre farm that helps young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder gain vocational and social skills while working outdoors. They grow and sell produce at farmers markets, supporting the program’s mission of fostering independence and socialization. More details are available on their website.
GiGi's Playhouse
GiGi’s Playhouse features the “Hugs and Mugs” Career Training Program, where adults with Down syndrome run a coffee and gift shop. It is a great resource for individuals and family members who raise children with vision impairment, for veterans reentering the workforce, and for older adults seeking a community of peers seeking to improve the quality of care they receive.

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) is a treatable psychiatric condition that affects the brain and behavior, requiring dedicated treatment. While we do not provide SUD treatment, we recognize its impact and the potential overlap with other mental health disorders.
